We are one of the few schools able to teach a complete Yang Style curriculum in the UK.
This includes both traditional and modern Yang style forms for open hand, sword, sabre and spear as well as partnerwork. In addition we also teach various Qigong forms and, on a 1-2-1 basis, the Cheng Man Ch'ing variation of the Yang syllabus. Click on the 'gallery' or 'youtube' links to see pictures or video of these sections of the curriculum.
