Tai Chi Wisdom - Tai Chi and therapy in Brighton, Hove, Lewes and Sussex

Most Sunday mornings, unless we are hosting or running a workshop that weekend, we invite all current or prospective students of the school to meet for an infomal training session at a local park. The morning is fun and friendly with families invited too and we often have lunch together afterwards if you would like to join us.

We created this session for a number of reasons: to help beginners remember the form from week to week by practicing between classes with more expereenced students; to ensure that people had chance to socialise and meet students from other classes; ensure that our intermediate students had a place to ask more in-depth questions and share their knowledge with beginners and finally, to create a space where students could experience other parts of the curriculum than they are currently learning.

Please feel free to come along and join in or watch us. Please feel free to bring friends or family, there is a small kiosk next to where we train to buy hot drinks.
