Starting on 23rd January this is a 10 week course; it will teach the foundations of strong body alignment and posture through the study of Qigong and Tai Chi. Alongside an energising and relaxing warm up of Qigong exercises, you will learn the beginning of a short 20 move Yang Style form which is easy to fit into your everyday life. Many of our students use Tai Chi as a way to aid maintenance or recovery from illness or injury.
