Steyning Intermediates (Jan)
Friday, 03 February 2012, 20:00 - 21:00

Taught by Simon and Cher.

Course Content

This 10 week course is aimed at an experienced to intermediate level. Students will continue to develop their understanding of the 5 Section Solo form through exercises designed to deepen the quality and skill of their movements: partnerwork exercises and and qigong are excellent ways to supplement your form practice. This course continues from the beginners Tai Chi, with students moving up when they reach an appropriate level. So, if you already know the 5 Section solo form, or have otherwise studied Tai Chi before and are able to learn the form easily, then you're warmly invited to join this class. If you would like to discuss your prior experience to ensure you are correctly placed, please phone Simon on 07825 410967 / 01903 369501.

Please wear flat shoes - preferably not running shoes with a built up heel - and loose clothing. You may also want to bring some water with you.

To see video of the 5 Section Yang Style Form you will be learning, please visit our Youtube Channel.

For the current timetable, please check the calendar and click on the Sunday you are thinking of attending. If you would like to be on Simon's Sunday morning text list then please text him on 07825 410967.
