Course Content
Starting on 27th January this is a 10 week course; it will focus on the foundations of strong body alignment and posture through the study of Qigong and Tai Chi. Alongside an energising and relaxing warm up of Qigong exercises, we will learn the beginning of a short 20 move Yang Style form which is easy to fit into your everyday life.
Please wear flat shoes - preferably not running shoes with a built up heel - and loose clothing. You may also want to bring some water with you.

Tai Chi For Health
Many of our students use Tai Chi as a way to aid maintenance or recovery from illness or injury. Free Sunday Morning Tai Chi
As a student of the school, you are warmly invited to join in the free Sunday morning class at The Level in Brighton which runs from 10.30 until around 1pm. This is an opportunity for you to practice what you are learning in your classes, ask questions, try other parts of the curriculum and meet our other students and instructors.
