Course Content
The classes continues from the beginers Tai Chi, so if you already know the 5 Section solo form, or have otherwise studied Tai Chi before and are able to learn the form easily, then you're warmly invited to come to this class.
Please wear flat shoes - preferably not running shoes with a built up heel - and loose clothing. You may also want to bring some water with you.

Free Sunday Morning Tai Chi
As a student of the school, you are warmly invited to join in the free Sunday morning class at Pavilion Gardens in Brighton which runs from 9.30- around 1pm. This is an opportunity for you to practice what you are learning in your classes, ask questions, try other parts of the curriculum and meet our other students and instructors. For the current timetable, please check the calendar and click on the Sunday you are thinking of attending.
