Tai Chi Wisdom - Tai Chi and therapy in Brighton, Hove, Lewes and Sussex

This Intermediate level class is open to students who know the 5 Section solo hand form or have prior experience of the san shou. We will be continuing to study the 5 section san shou in order to develop understanding of the applications of the hand form and the qualities of 'resting in' and 'supporting' which are the basis of Tai Chi's relaxed movement.

As this is a class for more advanced students, you will be expected to be practicing between sessions and to train regularly.  Sunday morning training is available to support this; we meet at a local park to train from 10.30-1pm any Sunday that we are not teaching a course (please check the calendar for more information).
