Jue Shou: The Deeper Magic of Tai Chi
Saturday, 01 May 2010, 14:00 - 17:00

The principles within Tai Chi should help people learn to relax more; the simple and profound practice of Jue Shou ('Sensing Hands') very much focuses on sensitivity and connection with a partner. From only a few basic mechanics, we shall explore a profound practice, the lessons of which can influence every area of your life.

For those of you with some experience of resting in and supporting, we will be exploring how these connections work in solo form and partnerwork and how you can train this vital skill ever more deeply.

This workshop is part of the 'Core Principles' study, and so forms a foundation for all further work in Tai Chi and Qigong development. It is open to all styles and systems of martial and meditative arts.

It also forms part of the preparation for the next Saminar with Master Sam Masich, along with the Yang Family Exercises and Pushing Hands with Simon.

Cost: £25
