This Pushing Hands weekend is perfect preparation for anyone intending to attend Sam Masich's pushing hands seminar on the 26-28th of this month or as an introduction to one of the most common training drills in tradtional Tai Chi Chuan.
We will be covering forward and backward timing and the changes in the direction of the circle in the traditional Yang Style Four Hands drill and the beginnings of moving step Pushing Hands.
Times: 10.30-5pm
