Enjoy a morning of stretching and core strengthening exercises to wake up the weekend. Students leave feeling relaxed, energised and strengthened.
We will be doing a mix of standing, seated and prone work so bring a yoga mat , cushion and blanket to work comfortably. Limited spares are available to book beforehand on a first come first served basis. |
